Network Issues Resolved

This morning, we experienced an issue with a core router in one of our data centers that impacted control panel, email and website service for some customers. The issue impacted the delivery of web traffic only, and should not have resulted in any data or email loss for customers. All services have now been restored, and mail is fully caught up. We are truly sorry for this interruption in service, we understand how important these services are to you, and we will be reviewing what happened to make changes to strengthen our services.
