Knowledgebase - Search Tips|
These tips will help help you find the information you need when you search our Knowledgebase.
- Think broadly. If you can't find the information you need when you search on a specific problem, try thinking about it in broad terms. Try to include the name of the tool or service you need information on in your search.
- Avoid using or, and, or but in your search. Limit your search string to a few keywords.
- Words not phrases. Enter your search as one or two keywords, this will yield better results than if you enter a phrase, question or complete sentence.
- Leave out punctuation. There is no need to include question marks, commas or periods in your search.
- Browse. If your search isn't successful, try browsing through the categories listed just below the search box.
